All our products are shipped via GLS Courier - Express Courier. Once you have placed your order and selected your preferred Payment and Delivery method, STARDECO AR LUMINARIE S.r.l. processes the order and entrusts the product to the courier for shipping where indicated when completing the order.

Shipping times

STARDECO AR LUMINARIE S.r.l. guarantees, depending on the availability of the product in stock, shipping within a period ranging from a minimum of 12 hours to a maximum of 5 working days.

How is this time estimated?

In addition to availability, the time needed to manage each order must also be taken into account. The orders with the fastest delivery are those made with online payment (Credit Card, Paypal).
Different payment methods and delivery method may change the shipping time. For example: for orders with deferred payment, such as bank transfer or postal order, it is possible that the shipping date varies by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.

Receipt of the goods

At any time you can check the status of your orders in the "My account" section, viewing the order details. Some little tips for receiving the goods:

- Check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- Check that the packaging is intact and unaltered, including the closing tapes


Upon receipt of the goods, sign the delivery document received from the courier for acceptance subject to inspection. If the item is damaged you will have to report it within 10 (ten) days of receipt by filling out the form (with the subject "Customer Service") on the Contact page.
